A little bit strange, but that's alright. The thing this reminded me of the most was The Sims. Pretty cool.

declining quality

I've also been noticing the declining quality of these Foamy animations.

There's a definite lack of planning in this one, you repeated yourself a lot, and much of it wasn't all that funny.

Come on man, enough of these, start doing something new. You obviously have some skills and this just isn't cutting it anymore.

a straight laugh

Nice little short. Very well-animated.

Only moderately funny though. To me the voice of the doctor sounded a little too juvenile. Hearing a deeper adult voice would have made it a little funnier.
