uhm

I know you're taking a lot of heat, so i'll try to be nice.

Well first of all, to the other reviewers, it is a mouse avoider game. Mazes don't mind if you touch the walls.

I couldn't beat it because i'm using an optical mouse on a hardwood table, but it does look like some awfully tiny holes which should be extremely difficult for the msot steady-handed people.

And what's with the massive filesize? Is like half of that the song or something?

Sorry, but nobody likes this. Good thing you made it in your spare time and not for a career.

Perhaps try something different next time?

mikkim responds:

I don't know what the size is up about, but yeah its meant to be hard noob. Ever heard of CHEATING?

alright

I would have LOVED a game where you can place units however you want, hit "play," and thenw atch them all fight to the death. That's what I was expecting here, so I was a little disappointed. Still a good thing you have here though.

CkGordon responds:

Thank you!! -CkGordon

not bad

I was expecting something really stupid, but that actually wasn't a bad game. I like how it got harder. Made it to 11. And you're not going in the ninja collection.

Ratatat responds:

Thanks. :3

very nice!

It's been said, but add a level system, and you have a winner!

And rework the collision detection bit thingy. The edge of my cursor was hitting the wall and I didn't die a few times when I should have.

VirusN responds:

well.. the thing was hitting the black wall, the white thingy was there for fun.

glitch

Apparently after all your health is gone, you can't die.

Game worked alright, I would have liked a menu instead of just diving into it. Enemy variety, a ship that moves with your mouse, and perhaps an ultimate goal would have given you a few more stars.

RetardedNINJA666 responds:

Yes someone else actually brought up this error to me.
Working on it.
Thanks for the review

simple and FUN!

Dude, I don't give out 10/10's like candy anymore, but you get one!

Let me see... relatively simple gameplay, the graphics do the job, and neat little tunes to destroy your enemies to.

There are a bunch of different strategies that you can use, but they are easy enough to discern if you have half a brain, so I won't spoil that part.

I was playing this for a good hour without getting bored, and I was winning at least half of the games once i got the hang of it.

Fix the return to menu button ASAP please, but it's not really a biggie since the game is tiny anyways.

And I found that after hitting the 'ready" button, I needed to click inside of the game window again to get my controls to respond.

You might also want to increase the responsiveness just a tad, and maybe throw in some randomly appearing upgrades (and downgrades). A few ideas would be a rotating barrier that goes around the outside of the field, a zap turret that you can drop on a key territory, or a 5 second x2 power booster.

Seriously, awesome game man. I'm favouriting this one, and let's put this in multiplayer games guys!

Arby responds:

You don't have to click inside the window anymore ;p

Glad you liked it. I'll keep your ideas in my head.

good try dude

well I beat it legitimately and with the cheating method

I have a few suggestions for you, because you could turn this into a very cool game.

Well, first make a ring all the way around that you can palce missiles in. The missiles will be self-propelled and their speed is determined by how long you hold down the click, or something like that. Then you have to try to get your well-timed missiles past an increasing series of smaller barricades orbiting the satellite. The first level can have only one thing that covers 180 degrees and then it can get progressively more difficult.

If you made a game like that then it would get good scores, i'm sure. But make sure you do a good job of it. PM me to discuss if you like.

funkydonky responds:

Hi there! Thanks for your feedback. I'll work the things out and come back with a 2nd version.

not bad

Nice relaxing music, but it was a little tricky getting my cube into some of the gaps. Perhaps you could make it a circle isntead?

Also the solution was a little too easy.

stammersa1 responds:

using a circle would make no difference, but the hitTest's can be dodgy sumtime, i'll try to make it less buggy, but there is a restart button

I will also try to make it harder

one of the best TD's!

Perfect score, and favourited. I'm a fan of tower defense games, and this one is definitely top three on this website.

a few suggestions:
-more turret types, and more upgrades
-make the moeny building less expensive, or more potent
-the missiles should automatically find a new target if their first one is destroyed before they hit it.
-make the mines more expensive/deadly

Please keep up the excelelnt work.

Armegalo responds:

turrets, upgrades - check
there's too much money in the game as it is... you just have to know how to get it.
missiles WILL retarget anything within their range...
hmm... mines eh? I never use them myself

fun

Very fun game. I did have a little trouble rapidly placing a girder though when one was starting to fall over.

VoidSkipper responds:

It takes practise (: Thanks for the score!

I like paintballing, reading, and watching flash videos. Gaming's also right up there.
